Install Foreman
Job Duties:
Supervise and train crews on all aspects of landscape installation services
Installing of landscapes both plant and hardscape material according to landscape plan
Load and unload heavy equipment and planting material from trucks
Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials needed each day
Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings
Prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by company
Maintain a working phone with the capabilities of using the LMN app
Safe driving of company owned vehicles (with or without trailers) and transporting crew members
Monitor and maintain irrigation controller (changing times, replacing heads, etc)
Safe operation and maintenance of the following equipment
Large machinery-Dingo, skidsteer, excavator
Mowers-Push, walk behind and riding
Tillers, aerators
Edger, string trimmers and chain saws
Backpack blowers and sprayers
Hand tools such as shovels, picks, rakes and pruning tools
May be asked to assist in other divisions as needed
May be asked to help with snow removal in the winter months
Required Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis
Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks
